Returns
In the event that an order or portion of an order needs to be returned, a Return Goods Authorization must be requested (by phone 877-910-2244 M-F 9a-4p Central Time) within 30 days of receiving the order. Any returned parts not assigned an authorized RGA# will be stored for 30 days, after which will be considered abandoned property. Returned parts should be shipped only to the return processing facility address we will provide. Do not ship goods back to the original shipping distribution which will result in loss of returned items and revoked RGA authorization. Postage must be prepaid, and the RGA# clearly marked by the shipping label by permanent marker. All returns should be in, and packed as, the original packaging in such a manner to be saleable as new. All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the original purchaser. All returns are subject to a 15 percent restock fee. Some restock fees may waived if prearranged with a prepaid replacement part order.

All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number issued and clearly marked on the outside of your packaging. Restocking charge of 15% is only applied in cases where a return is sent without a corresponding replacement order on file. Special orders, tools and installed parts are not returnable for any reason, so please check original and replacement part dimensions BEFORE attempting installation.
If there is any difference between your new and original parts, please be prepared with dimensions and any relevant numbers before you call, as it is virtually impossible to determine what may be the issue without them! |
